The Association created in 1990 by Catherine ENJOLET – President – selftaught woman who became teacher then writer*, known for her concept : “Bonds making sense”
Creating bonds, everywhere in France, is an urgency :

Volunteer Mentors offer emotional ties and support to a lonely child or youth.
